This bulletin is an update to the list of vaccines covered in the 2015/2016 Argus Health Systems Vaccine Network. Fluzone-Quad and Fluzone-Quad Pedi are covered vaccines under the ANA-109 network. The following fields are required on the claim submission when billing a combination drug product (vaccine) and administration. In addition to all fields required for drug product billing, pharmacies must also submit the following fields in order to be considered for vaccine administration reimbursement:
