The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced a voluntary product recall on February 22, 2016 for the following: Pramipexole tablets 0.125mg 90-count bottles, manufactured by Macleods Pharma USA This recall was due to the comingling of a tablet of Carbimazole with the affected lot. There has been no press release of this recall to date. The product was distributed on September 23, 2015. Some additional details about this recall: • One affected lot number - BPA512A • One affected NDC – 33342-0031-10, expiration June 17, 2016 Please immediately examine your inventory and quarantine all product subject to this recall.
