Effective January 1, 2018, CVS Caremark® will begin to administer prescription drug benefits for new BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans.

Prime Therapeutics LLC (Prime) is providing notification of changes to the Introduction Section, Compliance; 3: Claims Processing; 4: Benefit Plan; and Section 6:  Participating Pharmacy Audit Requirements, of the Provider Manual effective January 1, 2018, which is incorporated by reference to the Pharmacy Participation Agreement.

Starting Dec. 1, 2017, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan will begin managing pharmacy benefits for Iowa Health Link members who were previously managed by AmeriHealth Caritas.

On November 30, 2017, AmeriHealth Caritas Iowa will cease to be a Medicaid managed care contractor for the Iowa Health Link program.

Effective January 1, 2018, CVS Caremark® will begin to administer the prescription benefits for Trumbull County Schools Insurance Consortium.
